LeAnna Pacheco, MA, LPC, LAC

I am a dedicated leader in the Pueblo community with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. My background includes dynamic leadership, driving quality improvement, managing projects such as licensing, accreditation, and program development, overseeing departments, and strategic planning for outcomes-based success. Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Quality Improvement at Health Solutions-Administration, where I coordinate quality and performance improvement, lead staff, and collaborate on business strategy. I also manage projects using the Agile framework, oversee quality improvement functions, and handle the grant management program.

Previously, I was the Director of Quality Improvement at Health Solutions from December 2016 to April 2023. In this role, I established quality improvement standards, facilitated successful audits, drove business strategy development, chaired committees, and reported to the Board of Directors Quality Committee. My career began in 2003 as a Behavioral Health Residential Aid and Case Manager, followed by roles as a Behavioral Health and Substance Use Clinician and Adult Outpatient Supervisor. I hold a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Adams State College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology/Criminology from Colorado State University, with certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Healthcare.

In 2022, I received The Pueblo YWCA Tribute to Women Professional Development Award. I have specialized training in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). I am committed to addressing health disparities and providing quality, comprehensive care to individuals and families through my extensive experience in direct clinical care, innovative community support services, and behavioral healthcare leadership.
