Virtual Connection Recovery Support Groups
Here are the days and times of the NAMI Connection’s Support Groups!
NAMI Connection is a group for people that suffer from mental illness and are working towards their own recovery while needing help with resources, coping strategies, learning from group wisdom and finding connection. We use ZOOM as the virtual platform to run all of our groups. All groups are FREE, and all personal information is confidential. Please start the process by emailing our facilitator’s at their addresses below for a brief pre-screening to determine if Connection’s is a good fit for you.
