April 4th, from 1-3PM. We hope all of the Walks Team Captains can attend! All proceeds from the walk go to NAMI Colorado to:

1. To keep our programs, trainings, meetings and talks free for those that need them

2. To help aid Colorado affiliates in the mountain and rural areas affected by mental illness

3. To come togehter as a community during these difficult times and provide virtual support whereever we can.

Please share this email with anyone who may want to start a Team!

The NAMIWalks Colorado's Team Captain Kick-off doesn’t require a registration fee,

A message from NAMI Colorado

Try this perspective shift. Instead of seeing ‘social distancing’ and travel bans as panic, try seeing them as acts of mass cooperation

intended to protect the collective whole. This plan is not about individuals going into hiding. It’s a global deep breath...an agreement

between humans around the planet to be still. Be still, in hopes that the biggest wave can pass without engulfing too many

of the vulnerable amongst us."
