Making A Difference By Walking

My husband, children and I have participated in the NAMI Colorado Walk for three years now.  My first Walk was in honor of the families and the precious lives lost in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Connecticut.  My second Walk was in honor of a loved one who was in the hospital receiving mental health treatment while I was at the Walk.  This year, I walk for myself.  I live with and navigate PTSD - sometimes very successfully and sometimes not so successfully.  I feel for those dea...
