WHO WE ARE

Dear NAMI Colorado Affiliates and Members:
 
NAMI Colorado will hold its Annual Meeting on December 13, 2016 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.  The location of that meeting will be announced in advance.  At that meeting, membership will vote on bylaw revisions and conduct Board of Directors elections.
 
All members in good standing will receive their ballots, including candidates endorsed by the Board Development Committee and proposed bylaw revisions thirty days prior to the Annual Meeting. Votes cast by proxy will be due December 6, 2016 to the NAMI Colorado state office.
 
New Board Member nominations are permitted through the Board Development Committee, by nomination from an affiliate or nomination from the floor. With each, candidates must consent to serve and provide a completed application with brief bio information.  Nominations to the Board Development Committee are due November 3rd and are to include a completed NAMI Colorado Board of Directors Requirements Form and completed online application. All other candidates must complete the NAMI Colorado Board of Directors Requirements Form, as well as the online application by Tuesday, December 6, 2016 to be considered.
